We arranged to view a flat at Crantoch where we were meet by a friendly, polite and very helpful gentleman called Matt, he was very nice, smart in appearance. He was not pushy and we could take are time which I found very nice not having to rush in and out. It was not quite what we were looking for so we went into the showroom in Newquay and were welcomed by again a very smart, polity gentleman call Richard who I must say went out of his way to try and accommodate us. He found a property and got straight on the phone to Matt and Matt meet us and we had a viewing at Atlantic Reach of a 4 bedroom house and 3, 2 bedroom apartments. I then contact the office the next day for my daughter to view and again nothing was too much trouble, Richard came and meet us however we could not view the house as it had been let, but did this deter Richard No. He went and got a key to an empty house from the site and my daughter viewed one similar. We were all for buying the house on Atlantic Reach but when we found out all the cost which Atlantic Reach impose for the use of the facilities we felt it was to high and we could not go ahead with the sale. We have been contacted by Richard and have told him if anything comes up to let us know as we would buy from this branch of Bradleys. Staff are second to none. Well done Bradleys Estate Agents on your staff selection and training. You have a good team in situ.
