From start to finish, the service I received at Peter David in Halifax has been first rate. Sherrie Mellor has been highly efficient, professional, incredibly helpful, hardworking, reliable and an absolute pleasure to communicate with throughout my whole experience of renting a property. Through her hard work and excellent organisational skill's-she has managed to arrange everything I needed in a very small time frame. I cannot thank her enough. I would 100% recommend her services in future.

All deposits taken by Peter David are protected under the Deposit Protection Service. This is to protect your deposit and protect you against unsubstantiated deductions from the deposit. Any dispute is resolved by their independent arbitration service who will consider all the evidence presented. The onus is on the landlord/agent to prove any damages. Your post is unsubstantiated and unless you identify yourself we are unable to assist you in this matter. ...
