After some bad experiences with ReedsRains, NMR Lettings provided me exactly what I was looking for - good communication and excellent customer service, and care for my house.
I wish I had started with NMR.
Because NMR are a small business, they can provide the personal service which the big corporate agents can not.
Contact is more reliable, and for sure less likely to change than the big estate agents.
I am totally satisfied with NMR.
Polite and efficient with good communication, everything for the set-up of the rental agreement has gone very well. Thank you.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
