I have dealt with Cheryl from the outset of my initial enquiry for a viewing. She has been nothing but helpful from start to finish, every time I've had a query or needed advice on how to proceed she's always provided the answers and has always called me back. I wouldn't hesitate using this agency again for further lettings or sales (should I choose to buy a property). It's refreshing to meet an agency and staff who excel at what they do!
Comment on agent fees
Obviously I'd rather the fees were as little as possible, (no doubt the same as everyone else) and feel that the fees I paid were fairly high, especially when I had to 'chase' my guarantor when I wasn't aware that I needed to - surely this is what I pay admin fees for?
