I spoke to Jill at one Rochester branches. Both times i rang with inquiries , her manner and tone of her voice was very obnoious and bland. Look at the website. No interest in you as a human being and your situation,. Spoken to a number of different companies. They were happy and egar to help. Did not enjoy the service at all. No personal skills!!! That is her job to be personable. Thanks
