We approached a number of estate agents for quotes to sell my late father's house and were attracted by the friendliness and enthusiasm of Country Properties. James Evans was also very pragmatic over setting a realistic price for the property which would attract interest. We received a number of offers and James made an excellent assessment of the best offer based on the desire of the buyer wanting the property and their ability to complete. We were kept regularly informed and up to date on the progress of the chain by both James and Rebecca. Indeed towards the end, a number of issues down the chain threatened to break it but James was tactful and proactive at quickly finding successful resolutions. I am sure in other situations the sale might well have fallen through but James's perseverance prevented this. It made me really appreciate the value of a good estate agent and I can thoroughly recommend them.
