These are the most appalling estate agents, they should not be allowed to be estate agents as they do not know what customer service really is!
I viewed a property on Saturday, was super interested in it, so emailed Stephen the same day, informing him of my offer and if anyone was to bid higher I would be more than happy to go match or go higher on the current bid.
I have called the office 21 times since Monday and it's Wednesday today, Stephen is the only person dealing with the offers as no one else can and is out on viewings all day!!
With no communication, he just emailed in the evening informing me that they are not taking any offers anymore as someone else offered a higher bid?!!
I was not informed, I haven't had chance to even bid?!
They have ruined my experience and will never be going through them!
Rubbish agents!!
DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY, THEY DONT EVEN HAVE AN OFFICE! Work from home!!

Answer provided to Asia AliWe have a snapshot of a mortgage placement but that's all we have received and I have just checked through all you emails. It was explained clearly what was needed to support an offer and you have not provided full information but this isn't the issue your offer hasn't been accepted because it's lower than the accepted offer.

That is nonsense as I provided you with my documents in the email as I'm in a position to buy, it's funny how you are now available but were not for the last couple of days, perhaps you should take customer service from other bigger agents as they know exactly how to deal with clients.

For yourself we received no information to support any offer but reported your bid all the same to the seller.
