Had to deal with an Inexperienced, unprofessional individual with a poor level of communication and engagement. This individual needs training to ensure that that understand their legal boundaries rather than trying to be everything that is wrong with the Estate Agents profile when dealing with the public. Providing instructions to solicitors without client knowledge is not legal.
Level of unprofessionalism in dealing with contract negotiation is a reason not to deal with your company.
Trying to be the next Foxtons is where it all goes wrong every day.
Trying to prevent and undermine a house buyers report is unprofessional and something trading standards should look into.Over priced valuations to boost their fees, price paid was £100k less than Dexters valuation and real value was confirmed by survey & house buyers report.

Jokers continue on, managing director Duncan Gibbs sees nothing wrong and blames me for it.
