I would be delighted to give feedback.
Selling our house through Emoov was an absolute joy.
A naturally cautious person who does not take a risk, and is of a particular age where she can use that excuse to be an IT dunce and not familiar with the Internet, using an online estate agent was a huge leap of faith in my book.
Emoov was everything that one hopes their estate agent will be.
Staggeringly inexpensive for an amazing service.
Efficient, helpful,informative, AVAILABLE ( I put this in capitals because it is one of the many failings of traditional estate agents and totally supportive and, and this is a big AND Emoov returns your call and does so promptly. It is one of the few services and I compare it to big players like British Gas, BT, and Royal
Mail, that unlike them provide what you hope for and expect. All this for the small sum of £700, I took the premier package. It saved us we reckon approximately £8000, we were looking at using one of the bigger estate agents to sell, like CKD or Savills, whose fees are large.
The agent ticked all my boxes for selling my house, i felt totally secure once I had made my decision to use eMoov that I had made the right decision.
I cannot recommend Emoov highly enough. Great great company who not only met my expectations but exceeded them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
