At first, Matthew was point of contact. He seemed very laid back, and also, although pleasant, charming, and presentable in manner, pressed us to FIND A buyer before allowing us to request a confirmation of the price we had offered on the property, which I thought was inappropriate, and rather rude, and could have resulted in our losing the sale should someone else have come in and made an offer. This is why I have left a score of Good.
When Carla took over the management of our case, I heaved a sigh of relief, and found her to be very professional all the way through. She was not too personal, but also at the same time understood our position and matched that with her actions. She kept everyone informed and us as well, and this took her a lot of time, as the Chain was unusually long, being 7 people in all.
We stuck it out and really, with my own Estate Agent, and my own Solicitor's hard work, could not have managed without her.
She made herself available for talking on the phone, and responded to all of our questions in an adult way. She seemed to manage to keep abreast of a complicated situation excellently. Without being too pushy, she succeeded in finding out information which seemed unavailable to everyone else! She is quite excellent as an Agent, and I am sure, an asset to your Company. Please persuade her to remain in your business, she has a gift for it.!!
