Too pushy. Imposible to get an appointment to see a house without being interrogated by the agent. The agent questioned the information given. The agents pretend to be friendly and then they pretend not to understand the important questions and are reluctant to inform you about what really matters.
What agent could do to change your mind?
A more honest attitude instead of thinking they are in charge and have the power. Treating the clients like inferiors does not create a positive image.

Too expensive for what they do. Most of the times we showed the house to the viewers because the agents were late or had to cancel.
