I have used Prospect for around 8 years and in that time have found the staff very friendly, happy to look into problems and deal with them quickly. I have also found them unbiased in regards to not favouring landlords over tenants but treating me with equal respect. I found 'Amanda' particularly good when a previous landlord (not the last one) was being quite petty and they found a way to resolve the issue more in my favour, for which I thank them. I shall miss Chloe's helpful personality and her ability to resolve issues and I am sad to no longer using Prospect but I must go where the best rental for me is! Thank you for a good experience. You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
