We were shown around the property by Jan Howard and following our decision to make an offer she then became our primary contact. The sale took a few months to go through and in the early days we were regularly updated on developments by Jan. Over time developments were not so frequent but we were always able to confirm the current situation by contacting the agent and 'though Jan was often out of the office on business other members of staff, in particular Jasmine and Pam were able to help. When we had specific questions that we wanted to ask the vendor to clarify particular points Jan was quick to be in contact with the vendor and to feed back the answers. Towards the end of the process a fairly significant issue cropped up which threatened to derail the chain, but following the creative intervention of James Evans and some negotiations with the chain it was addressed and the transaction to continued to completion. We are very happy with the way the transaction was handled and with our new house.
