Since I have been living at the property, we have had various problems and issues with the house.
Each and every time we have had a problem, we have contacted Chloe who has been fantastic.
Chloe always ensures the problems are remedied quickly and efficiently. Further, she is in regular contact to update us with the course of action being followed and the time frame for the repairs or actions to be completed.
Chloe is always happy, friendly and understanding on the phone which is much appreciated.
Had Chloe not been so good in helping us, I would have moved out of the property a long time ago.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
