The team at Bradleys were polite, punctual and professional. On viewing the property Jo was informative and friendly. BUT and this opinion is purely based on this experience, being first time buyers we may be unknowing to this being the norm, the daily (and I mean EVERYDAY) phonecalls and persistent conversations asking what was happening in regards to the sale were annoying and at times stressful. Once again highlighting the point that this may happen to all buyers, we do not know. Jo called me on my mobile at work time and time again, even know I had informed her not to call me at work, but to call my partner. We advised our mortgage adviser to contact Jo and to divert calls to her for future reference, because with each call to us directly, we would only tell Bradleys what they would already know or what our mortgage adviser had told them. The whole experience buying our first house was incredibly smooth fast and stress free, I guess not everything can be perfect but if the pressure of the phonecalls didn't exist (understandably the communication did have to kept up with this sort of process), this experience with Bradleys would of been fantastic, not just good.
