I've been impressed with Belvoir's service and price since appointing them as my agent in 2008. As a busy professional, I do not have time to deal with tenants and attending to problems that crop up from time to time. Belvoir have found quality tenants quickly and resolved issues in a timely manner, keeping me informed along the way. I've found Belvoir's management fees to be reasonable in comparison to their competitors. The feedback from my tenant's has also been positive and I know that they appreciate that their issues will be taken seriously and sorted out quickly.
