I have purchased my existing house through Buxtons Estates in March 2015. Based on my experience of dealing with them I highly recommend them to perspective buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

Can you please stop making up stories? There were no conversations about the lockdown he visited before the lockdown and then i never heard back. On Nicks visit we agreed that he would take pictures of the property and market it. I wanted to rented at the end of April and wanted viewings to start ASAP. Im shocked to see a landlord who failed to comply with basic rules is writing something bad about us, really? We had to deal with numerous complaints from the tenants about constant harassment, attending the property without any prior notification and investigating the boiler when you are NOT a gas safe engineer causing the tenants son to fall ill. The fees were quite competitive but what was more impressive that i just did not want them to fill it with any tenant they get their commission and I am left to pick up the pieces. I gave Buxtons aset criteria and they did not only offer a competitive fees but the tenants are of a good quality which is more important to me as a landlord then just a commission.
