Jim Edwards is professional, very helpful, tactful and an all round extremely nice man. He helped enormously through our sometimes traumatic journey, and when faced with a difficult situation, reacted with sympathy, tact and humour. Our final dealings with him on the house we successfully bought, were almost easy, and ultimately brought satisfaction on both sides.

His apptitude towards being able to train staff was shown to us when Sally first introduced us to our final buy. She had not seen the house before, but arrived early, opened the doors and was ready to greet us. Having copious notes, she was able to answer most questions and made relevant notes on ones she could not. They were later dealt with satisfactorily.

As an agent, she showed so much potential to fulfill the role successfully. She was smart, professional and personable and Jim's influence was visible. Piers, who we only dealt with on the 'phone, also deserves a mention because he was helpful and also showed Jim's influence.

As an agency, Jim obviously runs a tight but affable ship through the sometimes stormy and torrid situations which can arise suddenly and from nowhere. Recommending it for any transaction in the Sidmouth area is so easy and we would use no other.
