When we decided it was time to select an Agent for the sale of our property, we had a visit from three Estate Agents the same weekend. From the outset it was clear that Coopers were the more professional team. Having already purchased our new home in the Scottish Borders, we were living 400 miles from the property we were selling in Hillingdon. David Sargent was so helpful and easy to understand that the choice of Agents was made very easy. After the initial discussions with David, Paige Barber took over. Paige proved to be just as professional and very competent at her job. In fact the property would have not been sold without the help of both David & Paige.
I can honestly say that their commitment in helping was beyond anything I would have imagined at the beginning of the sales process. Selling a property is at best, stressful and being 400 miles away was not going to make things any easier. Paige informed us at the very least, once per week, always keeping us up to date on the progress of what was happening. Coopers also suggested a Solicitor, which we decided to use and again this turned out to be the perfect choice.
I cannot say how pleased we are, having first chosen David Sargent and having Paige deal with the whole process. A really good service that I would recommend to anyone wishing to sell a property.
