My husband and I did all of the foot work for finding the flat we are in now, but Martin & Wright does have a detailed contract. Getting us to sing a contract was the only thing that she seemed to care about. There was a stressful time when we were deciding on a price to offer and we felt a bit pressured and rushed. We have been in the house for 3 weeks and are still waiting for our tenancy agreement for proof of residency from them. In the end we are happy with the flat, but we are in constant contact with the owners for things that Martin & Wright should have taken care of.
We have had contact with other agents, Jay and Claudia, and they have been very personable, kind and helpful.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Being that my husband and I found the house and the only thing the agency did was provide the contract, we feel that the fees were too high.
