This is the first time I have dealt with them and it was not a very good experience at all, no doubt they are quick but I decided to pull out and they wrote me a very rude email. I think it is unacceptable and not professional at all. I thought they were suppose to be acting on my behalf. Would not reccomend these guys at Hackney branch at ALL. I have not used the other branches so therefore cannot comment on them!

Very competitive compared to other agencies. Fees structured so you don't see anything from first month's rent, you get about a third of 2nd month's rent, almost all from then on.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
