I had had unsatisfactory experiences with two previous letting agents. Alexandra helped me deal with the changeover without stress, set the very professional David Andrew letting management systems in place, sorted out urgent repairs, and has maintained regular communication throughout. I am very happy that my property is in safe hands now.
