From the first contact with the team at Village Estates Sidcup, I found them to be knowledgeable about the property market trends at the time that the property was being marketed. All the staff were polite, returned phone calls, and kept me informed at every stage of the sale, and welcoming if I popped into the office. They showed the prospective clients around also.
The solicitor's recommended by Village Estates for the conveyancing Cook Taylor Woodhouse, Eltham
were also excellent.
It was difficult to pick a particular member of staff, as I found them all very professional, and in the end picked Charlie as he was our first contact along with Mark the manager at the office.
