Disappointed
I found the firm/management to be professional but not the employees. Never dealt with a person who was more interested in their commission than helping other people to sale/ buy a property. Not impressed.
Lack of experience and staff are not trained properly, at least not when it comes to customer service, approaching potential clients in a rude and aggressive way.
The worst estate agent I have ever seen. I personally will never buy,sell or let with them.
