Jo and Donna have been amazing through out our mortgage application. My husband, family and friends have used Jo's mortgage advise for a number of years and everyone has been so overjoyed with the service she has given.
Its the first time I have bought a house, although my husband has bought previously its a new and overwhelming experience non the less.
At first it does seem a lot to pay out for a mortgage advisor, however it quickly became very clear we definitely did the right thing... No stress or hassle meaning we get to experience all the exciting parts of the buying and selling process.
When Jo went on holiday for 2 weeks Donna stepped into her shoes and was really helpful and supportive, even since Jo has returned they are working together to get us through our buying process.
I would 110% recommend Jo and Donna to anyone who will listen....
