We have been delighted by the service that emoov have provided. We had reservations about using an online, non local estate agent, but our concerns have been unfounded. Pam, our agent, has been jolly, reassuring and supportive throughout what has been a short but stressful chain (on our purchase side).

My main concern with using the company was that, compared to traditional estate agents, emoov have less incentive for seeing our property actually sell as fees were paid upfront.

My wife dealt with the photographer and online advertising team, both of whom, she said, were responsive to her input and requests.

We had one to two viewings a day, from the advert going live and we accepted our offer within 5 days. The arrangements with emoov, by phone and confirmed online was effective. Two prospective buyers commented on liking the system and interaction with emoov.

When the sale was agreed, Pam became a reassuring figure in the process. She was interested in supporting us with the whole chain. She kept things moving when solicitors were not being responsive, but not doing so in an interfering way. She genuinely wanted the sale to be completed for us and the buyer.

One area that I feel emoov could improve on is in getting more feedback from viewers, as the response rate was not particularly good, so we were left wondering why the property wasn't for them.

I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to do so on this occasion to thank Pam for the service that she provided. Emoov has been excellent value for money, considering the number of communications... we have required and I will certainly be recommending them to friends.

We used emoov's standard package and found it suitable for our sale. Fees are paid for their service, rather than on a percentage basis.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
