Laney has been very helpful throughout the process. When there have been any issues/queries from us, she has been good at getting answers back to us although we did have to chase by phone. The knowledge of the property could have been improved from all sides, but overall looking forward to what should be a smooth tenancy with Prospect.
Comment on agent fees
We were surprised that the fees were twice as much when compared to other areas and the last time that we moved, only two years ago. We understand there is a need for these fees, but the price was significantly higher than expected and we're not even aware of what these cover.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
