I received an excellent service from Bradleys even though the process proved long and very difficult for all parties involved, through no fault of Bradleys though it was merely discussions and problems between solicitors and with it starting over the Christmas period didn't help matters at all. Thankfully the whole team was amazing and professional throughout the process.
My main point of contact was Lisa and she was great at constantly keeping me updated and chasing the solicitors for me, I very rarely had to phone anyone to chase up the progress. She handled the whole process very professionally and didn't seem to lose any interest even though I'm sure it was very stressful, needless to say I was very impressed. With the excellent service I received I wouldn't hesitate to use Bradleys again, they were extremely committed and worked hard. I'd recommend them to anyone.
