Bourne' were very helpful throughout the viewing and price negation for the purchase of the property. They are very professional and straight forward to deal with. This is the second house I have purchase through them and on both occasions I have been very pleased with the excellent service I have received from them. I have recommend Bourne to a number of my friends who are looking to buy.

I am the seller and builder of this property and I think it is very unfair to be blaming the agent given it was them who were urging me to stick with yourselves as a buyer. Unfortunately your demands for changes to the property and the need for your buyer to have completed by the end of July were just not going to be possible, hence why I withdrew from the sale to yourselves. Bourne had the lowest of the fees being charged by Estate Agents in the area although I did find them to be very high especially when they do a minimal of paper work and I had to chase to be sent the inventory and a copy of the signed agreement. The company that they use to carry out the inventory did not complete a very thorough documentation and I had to request several issues to be added.
