I found the property on Rightmove website, and contacted Village Estates. The viewings were on a Saturday, and the day was full, but Village Estates managed to squeeze me in. I loved the house and wanted to put in an offer straight away, but the estate agents had closed for the day (it was late) so I left a message. They opened at 10am next day (a Sunday), and at 10am Charlie rang me on the dot. I put in the offer, he spoke to the sellers and got straight back to me, providing me with feedback, and promising to ring before the close of play to update me. Charlie did exactly that, and confirmed my offer was agreed. Liz then took over to manage the process from there. She only bothered me when needed and just got on with what needed to be done. Amazingly the process was completely stress free, not something you expect with a house move these days! I found both Charlie and Liz to be frank, honest and informative. No complaints, would definitely recommend them.
