We have just exchanged contracts for the letting of our property. The property hasn't been on the market for long and Daniel was able to secure an offer at the highest price for a 3 year period. Exchanging contracts was an easy process, all done online. I am very happy with the service I have received from Foxtons so far.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are high at 17%. However, I am expecting a first-class, professional service for this.
