When choosing between 3 estate agents in the Settle area Hoppers really stood out. Andrew came to see me and was well prepared with ideas and examples of other properties in my area to compare. He was enthusiastic and was a pleasure to deal with. I wanted an estate agent that kept me in the loop at every stage of the process and Andrew, Lisa and Natalie definitely succeeded in doing this. Nothing was too much trouble for them to try and make the process go as smoothly as possible. I found Andrew in particular to be very professional, hard working, enthusiastic and informative.
Hoppers are not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for and more. Would highly recommend them.

Just about acceptable, though marginally higher than the competition. Better rates are available in more built up areas but we are in a rural setting. We chose personal local service over internet based cheaper conveyancers and we think it paid off.
