Charlie was very kind, sympathetic and efficient when we called him round to value our late father's property for probate and continued to be so during the sale. We chose Charlie over another agent as he made us feel comfortable and wasn't pushy. Liz kept us up to date with events and too was very efficient. The whole process was very well managed by Village Estates and I would recommend them highly.
