I've dealt with Prospect, as a landlord of two properties, for quite a number of years and have found every member of staff extremely helpful.
The service they deliver is first rate, they have found tenants first time every time and give good feedback throughout the process.
I've found them a little pricey for getting minor repairs done (but they do sort things out promptly), and the charges for changeover of tenant seem to have crept up, bur I recognise they have to eat and overall they offer a cost effective service.
All in all very happy from initial contact to several years later.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
