Should you have any complaints with our service which you are unable to resolve with the individual involved you should then write to the branch/department manager in question. This complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied you will need to write to the Lettings Director at James Anderson, Lambourn House, 17 Sheen Lane, London, SW14 8HY. The same limits will apply. Following the investigation of our Lettings Director a written statement of James Anderson’s final view will be sent to you, this will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to the Property Ombudsman for review.

When we were asked to return the keys, my colleague dropped them through your letterbox personally. She was very familiar with your property as she had been there a number of times on viewings with her buyers. In order to double check that she had dropped them through the correct letterbox my office manager revisited the property with her and confirmed that they had indeed been posted through your letterbox. We did advise you of this when you initially contacted us about the ‘missing keys'.
