Tobie came round as arranged and did the measuring at the stated time and then let me have the paper copy with the pictures which had been done very well. It was then put on the market and I was informed each time they had a viewing. The house sold very fast and then it ended up wit three people wanted to purchase it. Tobie and his team were very helpful when I had any questions and kept me up to date as things were progressing. I would definitely use them again.

Fees were very good at 1% but as it was an anniversary we were also given a discount.
