Where do I start?

I needed my property rented in a quick fashion however, I wanted it done in a professional manner. I couldn't of anticipated how quickly they was able to rent the apartment but I was pleasantly surprised. Nathan Hancox who I need to make special mention to was very client focused and knew exactly what I was looking in regards to tenants. Therefore this led to him only bringing forward good quality applicants to my attention. This is very reassuring as other local agents can be very aggressive and have no thought for what I had originally stipulated leading to them wasting both of our time.

I usually managed the property myself but on the this occasion given how impressed I was with Andrews I trailed their management qualities. Having set relatively high expectations on the rest of their service I was looking closely to find a down fall. I couldn't! Well priced and very customer focused.

I have now decided to sell my apartment and given Andrews history and focus has always been purely on the lettings side I enquired about them acting on my behalf for the sale. They accepted and have already sold my apartment which took another local agent 6 months to bring me NO OFFERS!

This has all materialised from great quality service and how much they value working relationships. Nathan Hancox (Lettings) introduced me to Ben Nichols who has been absolutely fantastic with not only updating me on the sale of my property but selling it in the first instance.

Unfortunately for Andrews I do only have the one property in my portfolio however, should that change they will no doubt be my first port of call.
