Shavonne dealt with any enquiries regarding our property in a polite and efficient manner. We felt reassured leaving her to manage the property knowing it was in safe hands. We were only contacted when important decisions regarding changes to the property were requested by the tenant such as changing a utility provider, requesting repairs or for purchasing new appliances. After she had our response in such enquiries Shavonne dealt with them without having to trouble us further.

Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
