I rent a flat from Brookdale Property Management and have had excellent Customer service for many years. I was on holiday in Greece last week and received an e-mail from Julie at Brookdale saying that the flat above (also owned by Brookdale) had suffered a leak in the bathroom and she was concerned that the water had leaked into my flat whilst I was away.
Within ONE day Julie had organised for a member of the Brookdale staff to go and check it for me (as I was abroad). She then confirmed that the leak had indeed stained my bathroom ceiling and has organised it to be re-decorated after it has dried out.
This is typical Brookdale Property Management. Proactive, reactive and on the ball at all times. I have been a Tenant with Brookdale since 2006 and cannot fault but only praise them.
I read a lot of reports about Tenants reporting problems to their letting agent and nothing being done. Brookdale Property Management in this case actually did it the other way round - THEY reported a potential problem to me! They then investigated it and have organised to resolve it.
I have no doubt that their service level to Landlords is as excellent as it is to their Tenants so have no hesitation in recommending Brookdale.
