As a landlord who uses there service I can agree with you that they do not give you money that you are owed, I am still waiting for my TDS settlement, and my 1st months rent less fee from the current tenants. The owner lies about you owing money to them. This was my mother's house and in probate he had to wait to be paid. He decided to administer a 10% management fee which was not part of the signed contract. He changes fees without notification. In writing, and never gives invoices that you ask ...
