Stacey was excellent not only with me selling but helping my buyers as they were first time movers. She kept on top of things and was always there if i needed her and to push things along. I would certainly recommend ent. Green and stacey. Sandra was also excellent in the marketing side as well. All in all a great team.
Comment on agent fees
Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.
