When I first met Tobie he promised me that he would sell my flat very quickly and he would not pressure me into making any quick decisions. When I made the decision to sell the flat Tobie found a buyer within one afternoon! Not only did he find a buyer so quickly, he also got me the asking price! He was amazing. I would recommend Tobie as he is friendly, approachable, reliable and he will work hard to get you why you want. Thank you for all your help!

It was higher than 1% as originally agreed but the work had been completed and paid for through the solicitors and I was unaware
