The service was satisfactory, but not massively more than that. It seemed to be most about the sale, which they achieved well, but other than that it didn't exceed. I appreciate I've only gone for the finds service, but the agent seemed to have promised things like a welcome pack to the tenant that I wasn't aware of. It's probably in the small print and I probably agreed to it by default, but it's the lack of high value service I feel a bit disappointed by. It also feels as if the leaving tenants and the new tenants weren't helped/guided either - for example the leavers weren't even told they needed to hand keys back to Beresford and th new tenants not guided in the basics like as how to choose a utili provider.
It really feels like the bare minimum has been done for all of us. That's a bit sad as I've been using Beresford pretty much since you started and I'll maybe look elsewhere next time.
It's other little things during the last let that was also disappointing. Once or twice I asked for advice/help only to be a little palmed off as I had the let only feel.
In short I don't feel valued, but I feel like a cash cow and it's about the money you make and not the service.

I clearly stated that I would like to be contacted via e-mails so did not understand why the agent attempted to call me at all. Even if that wasn't stated, I would still expect an e-mail follow up or when the agent plans to call, they normally double check the contact details.
