Incredibly disappointed, viewed a flat, agreed to rent and was told the landlord would let me start renting it a few weeks later on the phone before my visit, was assured the flat was mine, went on holiday and got an email a few weeks later saying they had decided to let it to someone else.
They pulled the rug from under me and I'm absolutely gutted, will not be dealing with Peter Alan again.
