I purchased a holiday home from Beresford Adams a few months ago.
Vanessa and Anna were my points of contact and both were extremely professional, polite, friendly and helpful.
Vanessa's knowledge of the area is first class and she helped me to find a property that matched exactly what I was looking for. She also gave very useful insight into owning a holiday home and kindly helped me to find workmen to assess and undertake repairs that had been identified during the survey.
Last but by no means least, Vanessa brokered the sale and purchase superbly; skilfully managing both her client and me ¢â‚¬â€œ I can confidently say that the transaction would not have happened without her.
