They sold our house and after 10 weeks the buyer dropped out.Haarts knew our uyer waslooking at other properties but didnt send any other clients round.After our 10 week contract was finished with Haarts we cancelled and had to give them two weeks notice.Which we did.We went with an Online agent and sold within 1 day.Now we have received an email from Haarts saying they want 3 percent as we have gone multiple agency.Which is rubbish.Our on line agent sent more people round in one day than Haarts did in 10 weeks.He only charges half a percent plus Vat.And we got 5k more for our property.
Haarts make appontments ( I had 3) and no one turned up.They lie.DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Why pay one and half percent when an on line agent can do it much cheaper ie: half a percent and advertise on Zoopls which Haarts do notAttached Filesnbsp;

Have some common sense. Communicate between branches. Not send you a list of every property on their books which is for sale under ‚£240k when you specifically ask for HOUSES WITH PARKING.Attached Filesnbsp;
