hello, we will never go wiht gatekeeper as they work underhanded in everything they do, before we signed a lease they said they will check with landlord if some repairs would be done, they got back to us and said yes thye will, guess what when we signed the lease they said "no repairs were reported and wont be done" another occasion we asked for teh banisters to be repaired, they sent out a lady to take phots of it, after a month of not hearing back from them, we phoned them up only to be told "no noone came out, no job card has been issued or mentioned" last straw is they so say sent us a email to renew tenancy, we never received a email, after several phone calls they sent it to us via email, there were mistakes so we couldnt sign it. they only gave us four days to read, phone for alterations to be made, print and get it back to them before thye charge us admin fees, hence we declined to renew are tenancy. there response today was to issue us with a notice to quit even though we gave them it 2 weeks ago. did they charge the landlord money to do that? very underhand company, stay well clear of them at all cost.
What agent could do to change your mind?
communicat with us instead of demanding things within a unrealistic time and to do paperwork properly, to up date there records and to listen to the tenants and not ignore them when they send in a notice to quit the premises.
