After having viewed several properties advertised with different Estate Agents,I knew immediately that I had found the perfect one through Reeds Rains. My first point of contact was Reece Shaw and I was pleased to find that the application process was dealt with primarily by himself when at all possible. This offered consistency throughout the process and I felt confident that Reece was working not only in the best interest of the homeowners, but my own too. That said on the odd occasion that Reece was unavailable, his colleagues were also more then helpful, faultlessly courteous and in my opinion most importantly understanding. I'm delighted that my application was successful and even more so with the property. I'm giving serious consideration to possibly putting an offer in on this property in the future and can only hope that if I do,that process runs as efficiently and smoothly as the rental process.
A huge thank you to Reece, Hannah and Keren for making a stressful time that much easier. I have no complaints, only praise.
