We bought our house at one of the most competitive times and we were first time buyers - as a result it was very stressful but I have to say that the the team at Village Estates really helped us through it. Their service was friendly and professional from start to finish, they provided advice beyond that which they had to and followed up promptly on all communications - a rarity in the house buying process we found! We felt that by the end of it, the team there were like our friends, after all they helped us achieve one of the biggest milestones in life! We dealt with multiple estate agents during our search and I can honestly say Village Estates were the best - I'd have no hesitation recommending them to friends.
