We sold our property and bought a new house through Village who helped make the whole deal happen. The deal was dependent on selling our house that wasn't previously on the market and they managed to sell it within a matter of days. Once the deal went into Solicitors hands, Liz then makes sure it doesn't loose momentum and was brilliant at keeping us informed and chasing the solicitors and parties to the deal to keep things on track. This service is invaluable to a transaction especially where their are multiple parties. I can't recommend Village Estates Sidcup highly enough with their professional and friendly approach being a breath of fresh air. We are repeat customers and will definitely use Village Estates again one day.

We negotiated a fee for both the sale and the purchase which was reasonable and we were very happy with. We had transacted previously through this agent and they rewarded our loyalty.
